Latent Defect Insurance is an Insurance Backed Guarantee with its own Policy Document, whereas a Professional Consultants Certificate is backed by specialist Professional Indemnity Insurance for the lifetime of the Certificate.
Our Professional Indemnity Insurer is with an A-Rated Insurer that specializes in Construction risk. To be able to issue Professional Consultants Certificates, Build Warranty meets strict compliance criteria.
