As a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, I Chair our Board risk management committee, that has oversight of our Build Warranty Technical Services Ltd specialist building surveying/certification, and structural engineering design team, and our national network of over 30 Surveyors who specialise in warranty inspections.
